とします。

の元となった読売の社説の日本語は，”(地域おこし隊）意欲生かせる受け入れ態勢を”となっている。私であれば，よりspecificに，

Community-reactivating cooperator squad: Prepare accommodation system for making full use of participants' enthusiasm
.
とします。なお，ommunity-reactivating cooperator squadは，総務省による英語名称。

なお，ワシントンポスト紙の社説は

A student loan plan with lot of unintended consequences

となっています。

さらに，

という記事を書いています。コノトコロ,コロンビアばかり非難される。最初から毅然と対処しておけば，ここまで増長させることをさけることができたので，非難されても仕方がない。

さらに，

という記事を書いています。

また，Bloombergが，

Iran-Israel strife throws out lifeline to shippers.

という記事を書いています。

さらに，

という記事を書いています。
