２頭のオス犬、ルーディとバッドが、ご主人が飼い始めたメスの子猫シャドーの愚痴をこぼしています。

R: So what do you think of Shadow, Bud?
B: I cam't pretend to like her anymore, Rudy.
R: Same here. She's always sneaking up on me.
B: And she had such sharp claws. She scratched me on purpose!
R: Me, too. I can't put up with that behavior anymore.
B: The master thinks Shadow is the perfect kitten.
R; Yeah! It's not fair! (They growl.)

Ｒ：で、シャドーをどう思う、バッド？
Ｂ：俺はもう彼女を好きなふりはできんね、ルーディ。
Ｒ：同じだよ。彼女、いつも俺に忍び寄ってくるんだ。
Ｂ：それに彼女のあの爪が鋭いんだ。俺をわざとひっかいだんだぜ。
Ｒ：俺もさ。あの行動にはこれ以上我慢がならん。
Ｂ：ご主人はシャドーが申し分ない子猫だと思ってるんだから。
Ｒ：ああ！許せん！（２頭、唸（うな）る）

２頭の犬は、新しい猫の行動に我慢がなりません。飼い主は、それが申し分のないメスの子猫だと思っています。それは許せないことだと彼らは思っています。
The two dogs can't put up with new cat's behavior. The master thinks she's the perfect kitten. They thinks that it's not fair.
