犬がクリニックへ定期検診に行きます。医師の猫が応対します。

C: Are all of your shots up to date?
D: Yeah.
C: Any complaints?
D: My digestion is a bit off.
C: How long has this been going on?
D: About a month now.
C: What's your diet like?
D: Um... I just basically chew on shoes.
C: Well, no wonder! That has to stop.
D: Why?
C: You need to make better food choices.

Ｃ：予防接種はみな済ませていますか？
Ｄ：ええ。
Ｃ：なにか気になる症状は？
Ｄ：消化不良ぎみなんです。
Ｃ：どのくらいの期間そうなんですか？
Ｄ：１ヵ月ぐらいです。
Ｃ：どんな食事をしていますか？
Ｄ：うーん・・・基本的にはただ靴をかじるだけです。
Ｃ：ああ、道理で！それはやめないと。
Ｄ：どうして？
Ｃ：もっといい食べ物を選ぶ必要があります。

その犬は、予防接種はすべて済ませていますが、消化不良気味です。医師はもっといい食べ物を選ぶように勧めます。
