E: Victoria got promoted to sous chef!
M: That's what I hear.
E: It's not fair. I feel like quitting!
M: Don't do that, Ellen.
E: Could you talk to Chef Rex for me?
M: Chef Rex calls the shots in the kitchen.
E: But I'm much more qualified than Victoria.
M: Just the same, you've got to play by the rules.
E: Whatever!

Ｅ：ヴィクトリアが副料理長に昇格しましたね！
Ｍ：そう聞いていますが。
Ｅ：不公平ですよ。私、辞めてしまいたい気分です！
Ｍ：それはいけませんよ、エレン。
Ｅ：私の代わりにレックス料理長に話をしていただけませんか？
Ｍ：キッチンでの決定権はレックス料理長が持っているのでね。
Ｅ：でも私のほうがヴィクトリアよりずっと資格があります。
Ｍ：そうかもしれないが、ルール通りにやらなければ。
Ｅ：ああもう！
