働き蜂は女王蜂と、ストレスの多い仕事の状況について話し合いの時間を持ちましたが、その結果は・・・。

QB：解決策はきわめてシンプルです。
WB：そうなのですか？
QB：ええ。もっと休みをとりなさい。手を休めてバラの匂いをかぎなさい（忙中閑を求めよ、時には身近な美を楽しめ）。
WB：はあ。
QB：始業時間を遅くし、就業時間を早くしなさい。限度を定め、それを超えないこと。これは命令です！
WB：承知しました！
QB：ここに「今月の働き蜂」の名をあなたに授与します。
WB：ああ！光栄の至りです。
QB：それを手にして当然です。あなたは要求された以上のことをしてきたのですから。
