男女がダンスパーティーつきの晩餐会に来ています。
W: I love this song. It's a great dance number. Care to dance?
M: To tell the truth, I'm not much go a dancer.
W: I'm not the best dancer, either.
M: Well, there aren't so many people around.
W: Let's get out there and dance!
M: You can dance as well as anyone!
W: You're not too bad yourself! I could dance all night!
Ｗ：この歌、大好き。すてきなダンスナンバー。踊りませんか？
Ｍ：実を言うと、僕、ダンスはたいしてうまくないんです。
Ｗ：私もダンスはそれほどでもありません。
Ｍ：まあ、周りに人もそんなにいないようだし。
Ｗ：あそこに出て行って踊りましょう！
Ｍ：誰にも引けを取らないくらいに踊れるじゃないですか！
Ｗ：あなたもなかなか上手ですよ！一晩中でも踊れそう！
女性が男性に踊りませんかと誘います。男性は、自分はダンスはたいしてうまくないと言い、女性は、自分もそれほど踊れないと言います。しかし二人は踊り、楽しい一時を過ごします。
