とします。

なお，ワシントンポスト紙の社説のタイトルは，

となっています。さらに，Bloomberg は，こんな記事も書いている

とメルケル女史が，チャンバレンのように，対露融和策がロシアのウク侵攻を招いたと非難している。ウソつけ。米のネオコンが，putine政権を崩壊させ，ロシアを分裂させようと，ウクに戦争をけしかけたくせに。
