とします。

もう一つ社説

の元となった読売の社説の日本語は，”(ヤングケアラー)周囲が悩みに気付ける体制を”となっている。意味がすこしズレている。私であれば，直に

Young carers: Establish social systems to notice and support their anxieties in their communities.

とします。ここでは，”体制を”の後に”確立せよ”が省略されていると判断しました。
