週記343 Business trip and hard work

　Last week, I wrote about work hard (that’s my girlfriend case), and this week I want to write about hard work (it's my case).

Needless to say, Those are completely different things.

　As in title, firstly, I want to take a business trip as an example of this topic.

This week, in stead of that I had a lot of task, I needed to go to the business trip to Ehime prefecture.

So I had to take the bullet train after work for 3.5 hours and change local rapid train for 2 hours.

And next day, after finished that task, I came back to Tokyo by the same route, and I got home at 23:00. 
 
In addition, the other days of this week, I needed work over time every day over 3 hours. 
 
　By the way, come back to the main story, hard work can define that man has many tasks which he should do.. 
 
So, that isn’t work hard. 
 
In last week’s weekly diary, I mention that work hard is good thing, and completely different from overdo. 
 
And now, I want to add that, hard work easy to become (or cause of) a overdo. 
 
When I have a lot of task, I don’t have any margin and I often work after back home or in the bullet train or on air plain, especially, the week which I go to a business trip. 
 
　In above sentences look like unregulated but if my idea can pass to you, I feel ok.

・No interesting topics 
 Recent days, there are no interesting topics, so I feel hard when I wrote weekly diary. Because of that I try to write the weekly diary by English. That’s a one kind of training.
