週記349 Health

Recent days, my condition is not stable.

It’s continue over two weeks.

Some time I got fever, headache, chest pain, and easy to get tired.

Of course, these are clear abnormal change.

Recent years, I haven’t been experienced those kind of unstable condition.

Because of bad condition, I couldn’t go running over three weeks, but this Friday night I went to running.

During running (the amount of distance is 10km), I felt weak chest pain.

Maybe it’s a awkwardness or too much thought as negatively, but I tend to expect that “Maybe I have a bad sick? …like a cancer? ooh, It’s too scared!”

This week, I don’t have another topic, so I will finished this weekly diary after few sentence.

I know, this Week’s topic is not attractive, but this is a memorandum.

If this condition continue, the start point of sign of abnormal change.

Today, I want to introduce the wonderful sunrise in Russia. In my journey, Most of days are cloudy or rainy or snowy, but Only this morning I could see the beautiful sunrise on Siberian Railway’s train. I was very Lucky!
