酒心館らしい、透明感のある味わいです。
私は少し高めの温度が旨味をよく感じて好きですが、冷酒でもスッキリとして美味しいです。

New liquor of the happy longevity is available from Shusinkan.

It is translucent taste like the liquor feeling building.
Slightly high temperature feels taste well, and I like It, but even unwarmed sake is refreshing and is delicious.

It is a fruity fragrance of the white peach system.
Calm sweetness and moderate acidity fall if I take it in a mouth, and refined taste and the sweetness such as the Japanese sweet stay.
