空を泳げない鯉のぼりは夢の中で泳ぐ

大っきな鯉のぼりを枕にしてしまう。

　バーニングマン仲間のマキベーさんが２９日に"Freespace　Tokyo"で行うイベント。
長さ5ｍ、幅1ｍの鯉のぼりに持ち寄ったクッションや布団等を詰めて縫い上げる。

そのための布団の綿とネクタイの芯を、明日は雨か雪の予報なので今日、"Freespace　Ｔｏｋｙｏ”に持って行った。

ネクタイの芯は"Burning　Man"の衣裳に使った残りで、どうしようかと思案していた物だ。
布団はず〜っと前にボロボロになってしまったのを捨て忘れていた物。
　いずれも、ただのゴミにしてしまうのではなく、新たな使い道が出来て良かった。


『巨大な鯉のぼりで枕を作るよ』

鯉のぼりに、いらないクッション等を詰めて巨大な枕を作ろう！作成後の鯉マクラはFreespaceTokyoで可愛がられた後は・・旅に出ようかと考えています♪

※処分品を募集中！！！※
鯉のぼりのサイズは約５ｍ、平置きして幅が約１ｍあります。枕やクッション、ビーズクッション、布団、ブランケットなどで要らなくなったものがあったら、ください！！
（当日会場へ持ち込んでいただくほか、29日午前中に東横線沿線駅まで受け取りに伺います〜。切ったり縫い付けたりするのでいただいた後はお返しできません。）

◆12月29日（月曜日）
12時〜会場で集合
12時半〜鯉のぼりの中に入れるクッションの整形（切ったり縫って繋げたり）
14時半〜鯉のぼりに中身を詰めて縫い止める。
15時半〜枕でゴロゴロ楽しむ

以上が順調に行った時のざっくりとしたスケジュール！？

◆持ち物など〜余裕があったら
お裁縫道具：ミシン１台と裁縫セットを用意してあります。My裁ちばさみを持参すると捗ります。
おやつ・飲み物：Freespace Tokyoは飲食店ではありません。表現活動なんでもウェルカムなイベントスペースで楽しめるようなおやつを持ち込み＆シェアできたら嬉しいです。

Lets's make a giant pillow with KOI-Nobori!

We will put unwanted pillows, cushions, futon and blankets inside the Koi-nobori to make a giant pillow. After serving as a fun crash pad at Freespace, the Koi pillow will travel around next year.

- Call for unwanted fluffy fluffs!!-
Koi-nobori is about 5m long and 1m wide when placed flat. We need lots of materials to stuff inside. You can bring in or ask for a pickup at a station nearby on Toyoko-line. (Please understand the donated material will not be returned since it will be cut and sewn together. )

Monday, December 29th
12:00 Meet at Freespace
12:30 Prepare the material inside, cutting and sewing.
14:30 Stuffing the Koi
15:30 Enjoy the giant Koi pillow!

Admission: Free
This event is open for public, and for all ages.
Feel free to join especially when
- you need to get rid of some cushions and pillows,
- you have time for a little sewing,
- you love chilling on a giant pillow,
- you feel out of place during O-souji clean up at home.
Venue: Freespace ( 5 minutes walk from Yutenji station)

- There will be a sewing machine, sewing kits available. If you could bring your own scissors, especially tailoring shears, it will be a big help.
- Freespace is not a cafe or a restaurant. It is a community space for free expression. We welcome Oyatsu snacks and drinks to share during the event.
