Hi! I'm いしころ I live in Iwate. It's getting colder and colder!!
I have two kids and busy everyday. But I like English and I want to brush up my English!
This morning I went to a clinic for my annual medical checkup.
Usually it's very crowded there but today it was OK
because of the rain.
I had very basic checkups, a blood test, blood pressure and also my urine tested.
This afternoon I have to go to update my driver license which expires
on the 12 December.
ごくろうさん!
Being mother is a priceless job
Even if only 15 minutes, you must have felt like HOURS.
I know what you felt.
But you are still young and you have plenty of time
to improve your English. Go for it.

I live in Hongkong with my family.
I have 5 children, OH! NO! mistook! one child was my husband.
First about 4 children, elder daughter is 12 years old, oldest son is 10 years, second son is 8 years and youngest son is 6 years old.
Older 3 children goes to Japanese school in Hongkong and youngest child goes to international school.
I have lived in overseas for 4 years.
First country was Philippines.
We have lived in it for one year.
Then We came here in Hongkong after that.
I'm able to have nice experience in foreign country.
It is wonderful for me.
But not always my children like it.
Especially the Hongkong is too rigid to play outside.
My children want to have a dog.
But my house for rent is narrow and We must not have pets.
Children walks to school. It is normally in Japan.
But my children have to take a school bus.
They don't know to fun in school zone.
I think, to live in foreign country I get precious experience and I miss important ordinary life.
いしころsan、犬san、
Thanks a lot for introducing your families.
Especially 犬san,
I can't imagine myself having 4 children!!
I know living overseas sometimes makes you stressed-out.
But I'm sure you and your children have become broad-minded,
which is very important. Please write more about
your daily life in HongKong when you have time.
いしころsan
Thanks for showing us your children. Really they are
cute. Your son doesn't look like いしころ, does he?
Now I understand you are from Iwate-ken.
As I have never been to Morioka, I wish I could go
there someday.
It's pretty cold here in Iwate. How is the wether??
As I stayed at my parents' house, I ate a lot and put on weight a little. Because there was a lot of food such as sweets. Also December is the time that we have a lot of parties and eat alot, drink a lot!!
All I have to do is not to eat a lot. I know that, but I can't!! Is there anybody who can give me good advice??
Don't try to be slim. Personally I prefer being plump.
I understand your desire. But slim young girls tend to suffer from osteoporosis
(骨粗鬆症)when they get old.
Thank you for your advice. I'll do some exercise. But it's cold ourside. I have to find someting that I can do at home.
Also the word osteoporosis is new to me! Thanks again!
Do you give Christmas presents? I have 2 kids. Nanako is 2 years and Ryou is 7months.And I'm thinking what to give them. Everyday I check toys on computer. There are so many toys!! It's kind of fun!!
Christmas is coming soon.
I'll give Christmas presents to my 4 children, husband and parents.
My daughter is knowing who is Santa Claus.
She is thinking how much is her budget.
But I know that what does she want.
The other children is believing the Santa.
I have children write a letter to Santa.
The letter has children write down what they want about three presents.
Then children put letter on the christmas tree.
I can choose a christmas present from three items.
Eldest son want video game software.
His wish is only one.
I don't like it, but I'll buy.
The second son want the card of PIKACHU.
And youngest son want the glove puppet of PIKACHU.
Santa Claus will come at midnight.
Else, we will arrange presents for family member in Christmas party.
Children is making some secret presents for family.
I look forward to receive a present from children.
And I'll provide handmade presents for children.
Husband would like to a glass for whiskey or a new wallet.
I'll buy it.
My parents is 68 years old and 66 years old.
I am knowing what does my mother want.
May be a bag.
But my father,I don't know what does he want.
I don't have idea.
Has any of you read Rat bag's latest diary written in Japanese ?
She is trying to keep her weight in her original way.
It's very interesting.
Although she is 55+ (years old), she is very positive.
She has been to New Zealand twice with my tour
then she became very fond of that country.
So she decided to study English again.
This August she homestayed 9 days in Rotorua,NZ with her granddaugher.
She wants to visit there again next summer.
Now she is making great effort to improve her English.
Please give her cheers.
It doesn't matter whether it is English or Japanese.
Thanks for your writings.
You both remind me of my good old days of Christmas.
Yes, Christmas is the most exciting event for the children.
When my two sons were very little, I bought them some presents
and that's for sure.
But I don't remember when I stopped giving presents.
Maybe instead, I took them to a church to celebrate Christmas.
Yes, I became a Christian after all but not very religious though.
It is fine in the Hongkong.
December is good season.
The Hongkong has many fine day in Decemer.
Then it is not hot and not cold like a autumn in Japan.
ハンナさん:

I'll try to keep writing a diary.
