In August, I came back to Vietnam and the air line people broke my important memorial suitcase!! It really made me feel down. I had to wait for air line people and talk with him. It took almost 1hour. But all I got was a piece of paper, and the next day, I went to their office in Hanoi, then they paid only 20dollars!! I can't buy another one with 20dollars.
But my friend who lives in England went to Mexico during new year's holiday and the air line company lost her suitcase and they don't know where it is...
Have you ever had such experiences??
By the way, I heard the price of oil is going up! and everything even price of food is up.

Talking with native English speakers are much easier than non native speakers.
I have no idea what they are talking about.
