I was diagnosed as osteoporosis six years ago.
Osteoporosis is where bones become thin and lose density.
So I started weight training called Body Pump.

Body Pump is a revolutionary workout that strengthens every muscle
in your body using barbells and adjustable weights.

I go to a gym twice a week. I use 10 kg weights each time.
That's only 45 minutes' program.
With a loud music, a young instructor will give you demonstrations on which
part you have to focus.

Believe it or not, it worked on me! My bone density rate increased.

I did only sexercises with my wife. (^_^;;
I have seen the website of Body Pump.
It seems hard to me.
You like sexercise. Sounds great !! (*'‐'*) ♪
But try to use other part of muscles,too.

Men over 60 are also at risk of osteoporosis,
especially if they smoke, have a low testosterone (male hormone)
or are a heavy drinker.

I always treat patients with a standing position all day long.
It is light exercise but just for me.

Several years ago, I damaged my vertebra by weight exercise.
Since then I gave up every exercise. (^_^;;
