非常事態宣言

広島、岡山も非常事態宣言らしい。
マンボウからのグレードアップだそうだが、
飲食店、飲み屋はともかく、私のような
一般ピーポーは各種自粛を要請なんで、
違いもなんだかよくわらない。
専門家は政治家の英断を評価するというようなコメントも
あったがこんなんでホントに大丈夫なんか？と思うのは私だけ？

Okayama and Hiroshima-pref. will be in
an emergency situation too.
They were upgraded from the resist pandemic alert but
I, ordinary people who have low motivation, can not understand well.
(both alerts announce Self-restraint only for us)
The special doctors commented this is the politicians' good judgement
but I felt that are they okay?, and is it only I?
