晩秋

さすがにこの時期冷え込んできた。
年取ると、寒いの暑いのがこたえるが
寒い方が辛い。血流が悪くなってるのかも。
物価と血圧はしらないまに高めになる。

Anyway, it was cold this season.
Adding age, hot and cold make me groggy,
the cold more than hot.
It might became the worse the flowing of the blood.
Prices and blood pressure grown up while I don't know.
