腰が、、、

土曜に打ち放題の打ちっぱなしで
練習したせいかどうか不明だが、日曜から腰が変
今日は出社しようとしたらどうもいやな感じがあったから
急遽在宅にして夕方整形外科へ。
レントゲンも取ったが骨ではないらしい。
なんだか腰が痛くて病院というのは爺むさい
打ち放題でも300球も打つんじゃなかった

I don't know the one of the reasons that went to driving range at Saturday,
felt pain my lower back from Sunday.
Today, I was the way to the office, I felt bad feeling, so I changed working
at home and went to the doctor at evning.
It was not cause bone by X-ray.
Anyway, I got old by the pain at my lower back.
I regretted hit at driving range, over 300 balls, even all you can hit.
