今後増えるであろう、今年最後の枕詞
今日はプール。
思い起こすと、数年前は帰る前に
10数分呼吸を整えないと動けなかった
事を考えると若干なりとも体力が付いている
ような気がする。
体型も絞れた。
泳ぐ前にロッカー室の鏡でみると
老人性痩身体型だったので絞れた感じはナイアガラ
