健康診断

4月に受けた定期健康診断の結果が今日届いた。
届いたといっても、メールが来て、特定のWEB画面でログイン
して閲覧する仕組み。
まぁ、結果については健康優良とまではいかないまでも
すぐに死ぬことはなさげ。
いいのは、過去5年ほどさかのぼって見れる仕組み。
いままでの紙ではなかなかそうはいかない。
体重推移を見ると、2010年にはいまよりも太っていた。
いくつかは秘密。
2011年はおおよそ１０KG減。
その後徐々に2010年に戻りつつある。
2010年といえば5年前。
5年前に戻れると聞くと、まぁなんていいことなんでしょう
と思うが、そうでもないこともある。

I received a result of my annual health check today.
It was mail include link address of web site, if I logged into it
I can see result.
A result was not very good but degree that not died immediately.
Good point of this system is I can easily check data of past.
It is not easy papers ,traditional way.
The transition of my weight , heaviest is year 2010 and in year 2011
about 10kg lighter than it. and returned weight more and more.
Year 2010 was a 5 years past.
If someone can return to 5 years ago, everyone must be happy ,
but some case I not.
