今川焼き

この前からのマイブームのホットサンドクッカーで
今川焼きを作ってみた。
がわは、小麦粉１５０Gにたまご１つ、牛乳１８０cc、ベーキングパウダー
大さじ2/3を混ぜて、中身は缶詰の餡。
地方によっては太鼓饅頭といったりするらしいが、ホットサンドクッカーで
作ったので細長どら焼きのような趣なので、今川の親戚で太鼓とは他人という感じ。
材料みてもホットケーキと同じなので、ホットケーキ　あんこ入り
と言われるかも知れないが、挟んで焼きをいれるのでカワがパリっとするので
やはり今川焼きという事で。
味はグッ　でした。

I cooked Imagawa-Yaki using hot sandwich cooker today.
It made from 180g of flour , a whole egg , 180cc of milk and 2 of 3 large
spoon baking powder .
Inside was from can.
It was said Taiko-Manjyu in some local place but it ,that I made shape was
elongated so it had some relative with Imagawa but no relation with Taiko.
Materials are same as pan-cake's , some one said it , pan cake with sweet bean paste inside, but taste of surface was different cause way of making ,
so I said it was relative of Imagwa-Yaki.
By the way It tasted so fine!!
