移転を期に

今年オフィスが移転している。
移転の際して芝生の席を作ったり
カプセルホテルのような席だとかちょっと
大阪弁でいちびってるというような尖った
オフィスとなっている。
そのアンケートの結果が今日来た。
概ね好評なのはいいのだが、アンケート回答者＝
オフィス常駐者なんだが、50%弱が50歳から59歳
との事。なんだこれは、5年ほどしたらこのオフィスの
２０％以上が居なくなっている？
よく見えるアンケート回答者も50%程度なんで残りが
若けりゃいい話なんだが、にしてもこれはちょっと嫌な感じだ。

Our courages transfer the office this year.
New office have a grass seat and seats like as a capsel hotels
and oter variations that was called funny, other said ICHIBIRI in osaka.
Today I received a result of the survey of this new office.
I consented that they pointed it good but I concerned the
aging distributions in it.
From 50 to 59 aged persons occupied almost 50% of the
office residence, so after 5 years 20% of employees of this
office retired!
I looked again the result, I found the surveier were only half of
all residence so all of young persons remained, it resolved, but
I felt bad feelings.
