秋深し

先週の週末からひどく涼しくなった。
大体、季節の変わり目には鼻がぐずぐず。
花粉症のような気もするが、風邪かも。
鼻がおかしくなると耳まで変になるのは
昔から。
ということで、折角のいい季節だが
なんだか今ひとつ。食事もダイエット中だし。

It became just cold from last weekend.
I always have sniffle at the timing of season changed.
I thought it may be hay fever but it may be catching a cold.
I usually ears will strange when I had sniffle since old day.
so I can't enjoy this good season. also foods cause I'm in diet.
