神経と気持ちについて

今日は誕生日だったので、お祝いをしてもらった。
誕生日ということで、自ずと昔話しとなる。
出てきたのは、阪神淡路大震災の話で、必ず家人より、
実はあの揺れの中、すやすやと寝ており、関西人のくせに
あの地震を経験していない。
なんて神経の太い　と言われる。
主観的には、神経の細いタイプと考えているのでこれは心外
なのである。
なので、なぜ神経が太いなどと言われるかを考えてみた。
思うに、神経の先に、心があり、神経は外的な情報を心に伝える
ものとし、情報が多すぎる場合に、心が、慌てたり、パニクったりするもの
とする。
そうすると、私のように小心者であるが、それ以上に神経が細いと、
ストレスがかかると心がオーバーフローをするまでに、
神経が切れるので、相対的に神経が太く見える。
つまり、私は小心者であるが、それ以上に神経が繊細な
タイプである、といえないであろうか？
ま、神経が繊細なので、すこしのストレスですぐ切れて、
まぁなんとかなるさ的な心持ちになるのは否めないので
誤解が生じやすいことは否めない。

Today was my birthday , so I was celebrated by my family.
therefore it birthday ,they said about old stories of me.
When a situation was as above, my wife always said about
earthquake of Hanshin-Awaji .
She said I was sleeping between earthquake continued and
I didn't experienced it. I had a very big nerve.
It was not satisfied story for me. I have a very thin nerve.
I know myself ,so I am right.
I thought about it.
I estimated as follows.
At first there was a heart connected to end of nerve , and nerve
tell to heart about information of outside.
Second panic or something to surprise is a action of heart ,and they happened when nerve tell too many information to .
So if one's heart is small (like me), but nerve was more thin than heart,
It looks one's nerve is big because before heart would over flow ,nerve was
cut by too many information (AKA stress)
So ,I have too thin and slender nerve , OK?
Anyway,I can not deny of others look me having a big nerve because my nerve would be cut by small stress and I would go to ”OK OK Well , it is somehow become”soon.
