memory of Hokkaido

今年の北海道旅行で注文していた
Pure Whiteというとうもろこしが今日とどいた。
もともと旅行の目的で北海道で採れたてのとうもろこしを
というのもあったのだが、どうも夏の食べ物ということで、
北海道では8月末の収穫とのこと。
朝採れを空輸で。
念願の生でとうもろこしをいただいた。
メロンよりも甘いといわれるとおりまるで果物のような甘さ。
日常に食べるには甘すぎるきらいがあるが
大変美味しくいただいた。
ということで、北海道旅行については一区切り。

I received a corn named "Pure White" today ,It was I ordered during
travel of Hokkaido this year.
To eat corn in raw was a one of the purposes of travel ,
but season of the corn was end of August in Hokkaido
They harvest in the morning and sent by air cargo.
Finally I ate corn raw.
They said ,it was sweeter than melon , it taste like a fruit.
It is too sweet to eat usually , but It was very delicious.
So , episodes of Hokkaido travel in this year was all done.
