おでん

今日の晩ごはんはおでん。
寒い時のおでんはとてもいいのだが、
お気に入りの牛すじはなし。
これは料理する人の好みの問題。
ここだけはちょっと残念。
ちなみにうちでは関東炊きとはいわない。

Today I ate Oden the Japanese winter regular dinner.
I like it a very much especially cold season, but there were no
beef sinew.
It's because of the cooker's choice.
I miss it.
By the way we don't call it Kanto-daki.
