鶏ハム

2日味付けした鶏むね肉を
炊飯器1晩、低温調理をしてハムを作成。
色合いや雰囲気はそれなりだが、
あまり美味しくない。
鶏むねのぱさぱさした感じ。
一晩はやりすぎだったか。
ちょっと研究が必要なようだ。

I did chicken breath meal by low temperature cooking
at rice cooker a over night to make hum.
It looked so good but it taste was not good as looking.
The character of breath of chickens was alive .it was mealy.
It was too long to cook over a night?
I must study about cooking of it became delicious.
