盗作さわぎ

楽曲を盗んだ話にはことかかない。
一説によると平均律によるメロディは
かなり限られるらしく照らし合わせると
なにかしら似てくるとも。
昔から売れてないものに対して盗作騒ぎは
ないので金目当てなのが言を待たない。
天国の階段という楽器屋での試し弾きお断り
と言われるほど有名どころも訴えられているとのこと。
こんな騒ぎがあると元の曲が聞きたくなるのは世の常。
という事で、訴えた方は起訴がうまくいかなくても
それなりのメリットが出ているのであろう。
いやな感じだ。
