―STeLA―
STeLA(Science and Technology Leadership Association)とは、「科学技術分野における国際的なリーダーシップの育成」を理念としている国際学生団体です。
　日本・米国・中国・フランスの４カ国によって構成されており、以下の大学（院）生を中心に運営されています。

・STeLA-US: マサチューセッツ工科大学（MIT)、ハーバード大学、スタンフォード大学

・STeLA-CN: 北京大学、清華大学

・STeLA-JP: 東京大学、東京工業大学、慶應義塾大学、早稲田大学

・STeLA-FR: フランス国立科学技術大学（ENSTA）、エコールポリテクニ−ク



―STeLA Leadership Forum―
　
　年に一度STeLAが主催している、集中合宿型フォーラムです。
４カ国から選抜によって選ばれた学生を招き、国際社会を主導するリーダーの育成を目指しています。フォーラムでは学生たちにMIT Leadership Centerの本格的な資料をもとにリーダーシップ論を学び、それを科学技術に関する国際問題と照らし合わせて実践すること、そして学生間の国際的なネットワークの構築を目指しています。

・2007年8月：第1回目のSTeLA Leadership Forum＠東京

・2008年8月：第2回目のForum＠ボストン、MIT

・2009年8月：第3回目のForum＠東京

対象： 日米中仏の大学（院）生　（学部・修士・博士/文理不問）
主な参加大学：MIT、ハーバード大、スタンフォード大、北京大、清華大、エコールポリテクニーク、東大、東工大、慶大、他多数
※Forum会期は止むを得ない事情により、変更する場合があります。

選抜過程： 論文による一次選抜および面接による二次選抜

- STeLA -
STeLA(Science and Technology Leadership Association) is an international student association which aims 1) to educate participants about leadership skills for solving global issues and 2) to create its original international network of future leaders in science and technological fields.
STeLA is currently organized by the students from following Universities:
・STeLA-USA: MIT, Havard Univ, Stanford Univ, UCSF

・STeLA-China: Peking Univ, Tsinghua Univ

・STeLA-Japan: Univ of Tokyo, Tokyo Tech, Keio Univ, Waseda Univ

・STeLA-France: Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Des Mines, Ecole Centrale de Paris


- STeLA Leadership Forum -
STeLA Leadership Forum is an academic training camp that STeLA organizes once a year. The forum will bring selected students from 4 countries together at once, and its goal is to train those students to play leadership roles in the global world.
This forum aims to provide the students the chance to learn the leadership logic by using sufficient materials from the MIT Leadership Center, and to discuss and actually carry out the logic to the global issues concerning technology, creating a global network between the students.
