１. Mr. Consigny will prepare a letter to each government to make a pressure to Japanese government with respect to the suggestion of Hague convention ratification and related civil law changes (article 766 and 819)

コンシニ氏が日本国政府に対して、ハーグ条約批准、それに伴う民法７６６条・８１９条の改正について、プレッシャーをかけるための意見書のドラフトを作成予定。　

２. We have decided an incharge / liaison person for each government as follows:

各外国大使館等への連絡担当を以下の通り決定した：

Jac for France, British CRC (TBD) for UK, Mr.S for Japan, Pal for US, Wood for Canada, TBD for Italy and German,

フランス担当コロー氏、英国担当（未定）、日本担当Mr.S、米国担当ポール、カナダ担当ウッド、ドイツ・イタリア担当（未定）

３. We have tentatively decided our action plan as follows:
a. Richard Piano concert for funding – time and place is TBD
b. Demonstration on the same day at the different places-time and place is TBD
c. Another Press Conference at FCCJ in the morning of November 12, 2008.

今後のアクションプラン；
a. リチャードのチャリティーピアノコンサート：場所・時期については未定
b. 日本及び海外での同日デモ；場所・時間は未定
c. １１月１２日の面接連絡協議会前に再度外国人記者クラブにてプレスコンフェレンスを計画

４. Next Group D meeting will be held on September 9 at 18:30pm.

次回会合は９月９日　夜１８時３０分　場所は未定

５. We have tentatively agreed that 766 and 819 should be revised. As to 819, sole custody has to be removed from the article.

グループDでの仮合意事項：

民法７６６条・８１９条の改正.
８１９条から“単独親権”を削除する。
