I went to see my friend and her baby living in a next city to mine. On the way her home, there was a farmer's market. They sell fresh vegetables in really reasonable price. I couldn't help but got some vegetables and fruit...
I got some eggplants, onions, cucumbers, green soybeans, basil and grapes...
It was not actually a banch of grapes.
It was a kind of scraps of grapes, but they were never bruised.
I just ate them. They were sweet and nice!
It looked like Pione and tasted like Pione, but it was much sweeter than Pione.
I was very happy with the price and taste
I made basil paste. It was pretty easy.
You just need some basil, garlic, olive oil and cheese.
Please try it!
Ingredients
about 20〜30 Basil leaves
a clove of Garlic
3 tablespoonfuls of Olive oil
1〜2 tablespoonfuls of grated Parmigiano
Chop the basil leaves into fine pieces.
Fry sliced garlic in a tablespoonful of olive oil to be brown.
When it gets cold add the rest of the oil and chopped basil to it.
Mix them with the grated Parmigiano.
That's it!
わたしは、よく作るのは、ひじきの煮物、カレー、肉じゃがなどの定番料理 I often make Japanese food. But,recently I make Chinese food. けど、たまに中華も作りますよ。 Now,I'm interested in Hoikourou. 最近は、回鍋肉にはまってます。 カプサイシンで、脂肪燃焼ですね(笑)(*^_^*)
Hi Ake!
I haven't been here for ages...
How are you? How is everybody?
I haven't had new flu yet, which I think is lucky...
I love chinese food too.
My favorite is "餃子".
What is カプサイシン by the way?
It's getting cold. Hiroshima is famous for Oyster and it's very season now.Actually I'm going to Miyajima to get some oysters tomorrow.
I'll show you how to make "Oyster Chowder" some time.
