::::::: My favorite movie ::::::::::::::::::::::


　 If you ever see all the DVDs I have, you can easily tell that I am not a big action movie person. Most of my favorite movies are more like, comedy, love story, and human drama, which is called “chick flick” in the U.S. But this winter, the most exciting, funny and romantic action-comedy movie, which even I would say one of my top three, finally came out in Japan: “Mr. and Mrs. Smith”

（私のDVDリストを見れば誰でも、私がアクション映画好きタイプの人間ではないと簡単にわかるだろう。私の好きな映画のほとんどは、アメリカでは“chick flick”と呼ばれる、コメディーとかラブストーリーとか、ヒューマンドラマの類である。けれどこの冬ついに、最もエキサイティングで可笑しくもロマンティックなアクションコメディ映画が日本でも公開された。”Mr. & Mrs. スミス”である。）

　 This movie starts with the scene that the unhappily married couple Smiths first meet and fall in love immediately. They get married, settle down, and become weary of married life like other thousands of married couples. Mr. Smith (Brad Pitt) plays a dull husband and Mrs. Smith (Angelina Jolie) plays a wife jiggles work and housework. But they both have secrets that should never been known by each other…….. their mutually-hidden identities as world-class assassins. But when they run into each other accidentally during the missions, they discover the lies and their secret-agency bosses order them to take each other out.

（この映画は、不幸な結婚生活を送るスミス夫妻が、初めて出逢い一目で恋に落ちるシーンから始まる。ふたりは幸せな結婚式を挙げ、落ち着いて、世の中のどの夫婦も体験する倦怠期に迎えている。ブラッド・ピット演ずるミスタースミスはさえない夫、アンジェリーナ・ジョリー演ずるミセススミスは家事と仕事の両方をこなす良妻。しかし彼らには絶対お互いに知られてはならない秘密があった・・・・・・世界トップクラスの暗殺エージェントとしての顔である。だが、ミッション遂行中にバッタリ出くわし秘密を知られてしまった彼らは、自らのエージェントにお互い抹殺するよう命じられる。）


　 The most exciting part of this movie is their head-to-head fight in their own house. It might sound a little odd to someone who hasn’t watched it yet, but this is also a very romantic scene. After they destroying their beautiful, gorgeous house completely, they realize that they still love each other even though they are no longer the person they have known for the longest time, and they begin knowing their real personalities.

（この映画の見所は、ふたりが自分たちの家で互角の闘いを繰り広げるシーンだ。この映画をまだ観た事のない人にとっては少し奇妙に聞こえるかもしれないが、このシーンはロマンティックでもある。豪華な邸宅を跡形もなく壊してしまったあと、ふたりは、今までの知っている相手ではないと知りながらも、まだ愛し合っていることに気づき、お互いの本当の姿を知り始めるのだ。）


　 When I saw this movie, I had been at the most difficult point of my life and it was hard for me to even smile, but the Smiths’ slick and cheerful actions compellingly drag me into the story and I couldn’t help but laughing. If you are into action, car chase, comedy or love story movies, then let me say, DON’T MISS the “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” !!!!!

（この映画を観たとき、私はとてもつらい時期にいて、ただ笑うことすらも難しかったのだが、スミス夫妻の歯切れのいい、愉快なアクションを観ているうちにどんどん話に引き込まれ、私は笑わずにはいられなかった。もしあなたが、アクションやカーチェイス、コメディやラブストーリー映画が大好きなら、こう言わせてほしい。” Mr. & Mrs. スミス”を見逃すな!!!!!）

こんなに長くなくてもいいと思うんですが・・・・汗
とりあえず書いてみました。ていうかこの映画かなりオススメだったので・・・・笑
