前に着替えのトピックあげました。
今回は実際着替える際の言い回しを　かき集めてみました

Head through the top.
はい　頭出して。

Put your arms/hand through the sleeves.
腕（頭）を袖に通して。

片腕（片手）ずつね。
Put one arm/hand in at the time.

両腕（両手）をいっぺんに入れないで
Don't put them both in at once.
Don't put them both in together.

両腕（両手）を一箇所に入れないで
Don't put them both through the same sleeve

左手はここに入れるの。
Put your left arm/hand throught here.

そこは、頭を通すところだよ。
That hole is for your head, not for your hand.

ここを、つまんで引っ張ると、手が出てくるよ。
Hold here and pull it up.
Then, you will see your hand come out of the sleeve.

ゆっくりやってごらん。
Try it slowly.
Take your time.

焦らないで。
Don't rush yourself.

次に、頭を入れて、ここから出して。
Next, put your head in the shirt and and it will come out here.

シャツの下の部分（裾）を引っ張れば、完成だよ.
Pull down the BOTTOM OF YOUR SHIRT.
And now, you're finished!

まずは、両脚をズボンに通して。
Put your legs through your pants.

足が出てきたら、立ち上がって。
After your feet come out of the pants, then, stand up, please.

ウェストの部分をつかんで、引き上げて。
Hold the waist part and pull them up.

靴下の入り口を両手でつかんで、大きく広げてね。
Hold the bottom of the sock and pull it out wide.

サイド部分をつまんで、この方向に引っ張って。
Hold the side of the sock and pull it this way.

それじゃ逆の方向だよ。
That's the opposite way.

もっと強く引っ張ってごらん。
Try to pull it harder.

腕を袖から抜く
Take/pull your arm out of the sleeve.

頭を襟から抜く
Take your head out of the neck.

脚をズボンから抜く
Take your legs out of your pants.

ズボンを下げる
Pull down your pants.

くつ下の先を引っ張る
Pull the toe part of your sock.

パンツは複数系ですね。
日本語って複数系がないので楽です。
