　ホテル・プレジデント・ウィルソンのすぐそばで、湖もすぐそこ、街中のとても便利な場所にあるアパートです。
　大家さんもとても親切で、家具付き、キッチンやバスルームの必要品も揃っています。
　2月初旬から入居可能ですが、早めの入居がご希望の場合にも対応できます。

Nice room (16m2) with big windows in a family appartment( we are 3 persons living in that 127sqm approx. place). Equiped kitchen with round table to eat there or in dining room at time stipulated. Equiped bathroom + 2 WC, Washing machines in the building at any time, ADSL.

Next to Hôtel Président Wilson, near parks, lake, shops, buses, trams, train-station.
Downstairs is bus nr 1 going to UNIMAIl directly, or in the other way to Jardin Botanique.
We are in the area of international organizations.
