I am very concerned about global warming. So I check environment news on TV and newspaper everyday and I am going to take a lecture about it coming Saturday. This time we will learn the information by IPCC. This lecture is free so I am very interested to know how many people will come. If the number is small, I am sad.
Yesterday, I read news about transfer of rights to emit global warming gases. Japan decided to pay 12 billion yen to get the rights. Is 12 billons expensive or cheep? I think we need to change our life style before paying money.

I do agree with you that we need to change our lifestyle somehow in order to meet the -6 percent emission target to the UNFCCC I would love to hear your report on the lecture you are going to attend, to see if anything new comes up.
