insideMe: an intimate single player game set in the future.
A cubic world alike the right picture on http://www.insideme.org/concept.html
Less flat and more diverse of course All sorts of cubic creatures will walk this world each learning in their own way.
The interface will have a hackish style of operation to it.
A preview of the interface can be seen on the picture (background: 2001: A Space Odyssey)
Through interaction you will understand your purpose within the game.
I don't think I have the resources to translate the game into Japanese. Maybe if it would become really popular..
Sorry, English is discourage me from reading...
Maybe, many people in this community have not reading this topic in same reason.
Breaking the language barrier is too difficult
1&2. a little
Mmm...it seems a interesting game, but I think this is difficult for gamer who is not a programmer...
In other words, Programmers might get interested.
The game is still in production.
We are currently researching/training different types of neural networks to survive in the dynamic world. This is done through genetic algorithms and as a looking at a single cell needs about 60 boolean inputs, training can take a while
No programming is necessary for the user.
I am thinking about publishing the game through valve's 'Steam'.

What do you think about using Steam?
