I was in Tokyo on business, spent some times visiting pre-schools that teach in English and did some research on bilingual education in Japan today. According to a report, there are now about 200 pre-schools in Japan that teach in Egnlish and the numbers are increasing. Parents have the choice now to send their kids to a reagular nursery or pre-school or send them to those that use English. It makes sense to start early but it is very expensive and not affordable for many people.
I believe that this new movement is great but it also encourages me to develop something that's affordable to everyone and accessible by everyone.
