　　　　　春の野に出でて若菜つむ

光孝天皇
830-887、第58代天皇、55歳で即位、藤原基経を史上初の関白とする。

Emperor Kōkō
Emperor Kōkō (830–887) was the 58th emperor of Japan. He ascended the throne at the age of 55 and appointed Fujiwara no Mototsune as the first kampaku (regent to an adult emperor) in Japanese history.
