個人的な好みでは、

8)は、紅茶やキャラメルやチェリーの香りと、キャラメルや紅茶や海藻やチョコレートの味わいでした。妖艶な風味の、美しい熟成ワインでした。

全体的には、状態の悪いワインのない、満足度の高い会でした。
ブルゴーニュに比べると、甘味と青野菜っぽさが強かったです。
1970年代の物でも力強かったのですが、古いものはピノノワールというよりはグルナッシュのような味わいの物が多かったです。
