breaking out of a hay fever

since yesterday i a special work in the ternational iconvention center that us the biggest on in japan. evenif i was exerting for the work at such a gteat venue, i had bern suffered a symptom that is a specific one ln this season, hay fever.

l have the deseas and that suddenly broak out yesterday because i worked at the venue of exhibitions being constructed. thete are a lot sunstance of powfets flying.some of them are harmful and giving negative effects for pollen Aragy.

in addition, today us fine and sunshine is more bright than ordinary days. i can not stop sneezing and runny nose. fathermore i am suporsed to deliver presentations. i have been feeling bad.
