Pharmacist: Hello. How can I help you today?
Patient: I have pain on the inside of my ankle, around the internal malleolus.
Pharmacist: Is there any swelling or bruising?
Patient: Yes, it’s swollen and hurts when I walk.
Pharmacist: You may have strained your ankle. Please avoid putting weight on it and apply ice. If the pain doesn’t improve, please see a doctor.
Patient: I understand. Thank you for your advice.
