Steely DanコミュのSteely Dan Coming to Japan????

I have to apologize because I don't speak very good Japanese, so I'm writing this in English. Please someone translate because it's pretty important.

My friend told me that Steely Dan is coming to Japan in August to play at the Blue Note. I did some research and I found listings for Steely Dan concerts at a place called Billboard Live. Is this the new name for Blue Note??

If it's true, Steely Dan will be in Tokyo on August 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24.

Osaka August 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 and September 1.

Fukuoka September 3, 4, 5.

Could someone please confirm these dates and venue??

Billboard Live TOKYO is new name of Blue note.

Blue NoteとBillboard Liveのそれぞれの住所を見ると、
大阪に関しては全く同じ住所（B2Fも同じ）なので、
Blue Note⇒Billboard Liveに変わると思われます。

Blue Note Tokyoは南青山、Billboard Live Tokyoは赤坂で
別の場所ですね。

福岡にBlue Noteはありましたっけ？　名古屋はありますけど。

ということで、Blue Note⇒Billboard Liveになるのは
大阪だけではないでしょうか？

でも、チケット高すぎますね。\19,000/23,000じゃ、
まだ子供が小さいリーマンおやじにはきついです。
Michael Franksは7,000/9.000で手が届きそうです。

Blue Note Fukuoka は2005年に閉店しました。
その後に Billboard Live が開店します。
住所は同じですが、全然違う店です。

間違った情報書いてすいません。
経営はブルーノートと同じ、阪神コンテンツリンク。
ブルーノートを潰してBilboard Liveになるようですね。

Though I'm not sure what infomation you want to make sure quickly, I'll rewrite the information the members wrote so far.

The dates ： All correct.

The places： BBL in Tokyo is in Minami Aoyama.
Since the location of the Blue Notes is in Akasaka、it seems those are not the same.
Osaka and Fukuoka are ex-Blue Notes.

Tickets ：

Tokyo ; 23000 yen for service area,19000 yen for casual area.
100 seats will be sold on June 8th for only BBL members.
The rest : on June 15th.

Osaka ; 21000 yen for service area,19000 yen for casual area.
100 seats will be sold on June 12th for only BBL members.
The rest : on June 19th

Fukuoka; 21000 yen for casual area only.
60 seats will be sold on June 13th for only BBL members.
The rest : on June 20th

It is likely difficult to get tickets on the day that will be sold in public, so if you really really want to go, I'll recommend that you should find some friends who are already club BBL members or will be a member yourself.

大阪ブルーノート、旧福岡ブルーノートが阪神コンテンツリンクが経営してまして
ブルーノート東京はライカの子会社（？）です。
この夏東京は、六本木ミッドタウン内にBillboard　LIVEとして阪神コンテンツリンクが立ち上げます。
同時に大阪ブルーノートと旧福岡ブルーノート（現ソウルバード福岡）がBillboard　LIVEとしてオープンするそうです。
