My name is Mitsuru Nakadai, an admin (sub admin) of this community. I have lived in the UK for over 20 years hence my Queen's English spelling and quirkiness. I am also a practitioner of Kyokushin Karate and have instructed in the past too at Jonan Shibu, but now I train in Josai. I started Kyokushin while I was still over in the UK and have now been studying the ultimate truth for the last 13 years. I am still nowhere near finding it, but I will someday.
Workwise, I have been making a living shamelessly out of my linguistic abilities in being a Translator, teacher, interpreter, lecturer and now a localiser. My ambition is to pick up a few more languages but am struggling badly with French. The English never had a good language education system as they take this "Let the foreigners speak English" attitude which I see as being very condescending and sad. I guess it's old habits die hard. They clearly think they still rule a fifth of the globe and to an extent their influences are still felt all round.
Thank you for inviting me here. Kenshiro san,
