1、手袋を忘れたので手が凍えた!

2、ずっと座っていたので足がしびれた!

1. I forgot my gloves. My hands are totally frozen. (well.. they are not actually but feels like
it.)

2. I have been setting down so long so my legs went to sleep.
Aha! Yes, all good answers, thank you so much for writing them.

I think it is better to use present tense though...so I would say it this way;
I HAVE frozen hands because I forgot MY gloves.
My legs HAVE GONE to sleep from sitting down too long. / My legs ARE ASLEEP from sitting down too long.

Japanese Girl, here are some corrections for you;
(well.. they are not actually but IT feels like it.) / (well.. they are not actually but THEY FEEL like THEY ARE.)
I have been SITTING down so long THAT my legs HAVE GONE to sleep.

And now...here are some useful phrases in natural English...
My hands are numb!!! / My fingers are numb!!!
I have pins and needles in my feet!

Thank you both for your comments...let's get some more answers for the next topic! I feel more motivated to answer when people try hard to write something. It is better when people make mistakes, so that I can help them!

GANBATTE NE!!!
