Help with translation please. I am trying to translate into Japanese [mind you]

i.e ......, mind you, things are going to change soon. Can anyone help please?

わたしもイギリスに住んでいたとき、Mind youをいつも言っている友人がいて、
どういう意味？ときいたら、『意味はない』と言われてしまいました。
『ねえ～』『ほらね』とか、そういう感じかなと思っていましたが、、。
知ってる人、教えてください。
どなたか教えてください。

[incidently]という意味です、考えています。It is when what you are about to say contradict a little what you had said previously.

as for me it is first to have been heard "mind you"
i'm not clear about this question. please tell us one of sentence include "mind you"
if it meaning is "It is when what you are about to say contradict a little what you had said previously' we say "そうだとしても”or”たとえそうであっても""しかしながら”.
but it meaning is "incidently" i haven't idea.

たばこを買うはほとんどに簡単な物である。道で、自動販売機が多くて、どこでもたばこを買えるのだ。mind you,六月から、自動販売機で、たばこを買う葉だんだん難しくなっていくだろう。
