I watched the TV program too. Unfortunately, I don't have any more information about it, but I'd like to put my opinion here.

In my opinion, if the movement to regard people as would-be terrorosts just because they are mele, muslim and under 35 spreads, the US will face a greater danger.

It is the nation's fate to embrace a lot of peoples. If one specific ethnic group starts to be discriminated against, they will be frastrated. Then it is possible the group of people ends up with being terrorists.

the United States is supposed to be the nation of "freedom" (whatever "freedom" is). Of course, they should have the freedom of expression. It makes no sense to control the Internet politically, in favour of the government.

I know they need to fight against "terrorism". But their war results in the increasing number of terrorists.

the United States had better calm down and figure out the real cause of the birth of the terrorism.

As I read "the real cause of the birth of the terrorism",
it made me think about what the origin of the terrorism is.
I'm interested in it and would like to know.

Anyway, I think that the U.S. shouldn't have regarded all male, muslim, under 35 years old, as a reserve of terrorist, though...

I discussed this topic with my English conversation class. An instructor who is come from Canada let me know about situation in UK. According to his knowledge, the word “Homegrown Terrorist” may be familiar in UK because the suspects in the tragic train-bombing incident were such homegrown terrorists. I don’t sure that Arabic Muslim who lived in UK committed this terror attack, but not a few UK citizen believe this. On the other hand there was no actual terror attack in US by Homegrown terrorist, as he said. But American especially wealthy catholic Anglo-Saxon and wealthy jewie are afraid of that Arabic Muslim male becoming homegrown terrorists.

According to wikipedia “Terrorism in the modern sense is violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians for political or other ideological goals.”
If political act, which inspire fear in people to control easily, is also defined as terrorism, J.W. Bush is the worst terrorist in the current world. He inspires fear of Arabic nations in US people with wrong information to make them agree with starting war and huge military budget. He killed thousands of guiltless Iraq citizens in Iraq war. Although he say US must fight terrorism, I think his political method is nothing but terrorism.

I watched a DVD “Bowling for Columbine” directed by Michael Moore yesterday. This movie focused on extremely high rate gun incident in US compared to other countries. This movie say inspiring terror of neighboring people by media including CM of gun or security items make US people aggressive.

This movie also report situation in Canada. In spite of high rate of gun possession in ordinal family, there are only 165 gun murder a year in Canada. This is less than 50th part of 11,127 gun murder a year in US. Not a few (13%) Canadian was non-white. Unemployment rate is not low (8%). There are 7 million guns in total 10 million family units in Canada. This situation is not so different to US situation but Canadian does not feel terror of neighbor. Amazingly Canadian usually unlocks their house not only in local area but also in urban including Toronto. Many of building in New York have door and window with iron grille as well as lock. You know US urban people hold their gun against stranger in their premise and often shoot it.

This contrast of US and Canada situation make me afraid that Japanese situation become close to US situation. One of the biggest causes of this Japanese situation is because of LDP policy. Widening disparity, deteriorating security and moral were cause of terror of neighbor. Japanese government also emphasized fear of North Korea and China to make Japanese agree with altering Japanese Constitution. We have to be wary of deception.
