yoga in english　コミュのyoga in canada

hi!
rose was asking to "hina san"about yoga class in canada.
I take that name was me "hime"... right?? (^^)

anyway,I've been taking yoga class in canada.
place name is Whistler.
it is very very sporty town(also party town,ha ha..).
and kind of spiritual too.
lot's of people loves exercise here.

the yoga class where I go, has 10?11? kind of class.
but basically 5 types.

* maditation
* vinyasa
* bikram(hot)
* jivamukti
* yin restorative

well, I take all classes.
it's all good for me.
I can charge lot's of energy by different ways.
and I' m so luckey because it's free for me for a while(^^)

by the way, rose,where do you teach yoga now?

Thank you for your information about yoga.
Now i'm teaching hot yoga(bikuram)
Sometime,I take diffrent yoga like spiritual yoga in another studio. Later, it's get more popurer in Nagoya, and
there are making lots studio like bikuram, ballet yoga or asyutanga yoga.
I'm not decide indital where i'm going yet.
If i'll go and take a lesson, i want to go to vancuber in Canada. I often hear that you will spent good season whale in the year because there are lots rain but not cold.
If i'll go in vancuber,i maybe go there next July
but if ican, i want to go vancuber soon.
