日本カンボジア学生会議コミュの【REPORT】Regular Meeting on 3rd May

Today Cambodia-Japan Student Canference(CJSC) held the FIRST Regular Meeting at Yoyogi Olympic Center. Thanks to everyone's participation and cooperation, it worked out very well. I reported the outcome of the Meeting.

OUTCOME of the today's Meeting
1.Sharing the prospectus of CJSC
Mr.Matsubara, founder of CJSC explained it to participant. We understood it deeply and shared.

2.Sharing the system of the activity at CSAJ
~System~
Someone hit on a plan.

→He or she informs the steering committee of his or her plan.

→It judges whether the prospectus agrees to the idea or not.

→If agrees, he or she send email about the idea to CJSC's ML to make executive committee. (If diagrees, the idea is thrown out.)

→A excutive committee carries out the plan.

3.Gathering the idea of the CSAJ's vision
We got the good idea! We will soon complete the CSAJ's vision.

4.Sharing the financial system
~System~
If you want to join in CJSC as excutive or steering committee, you need to pay 1000yen a year. 1000yen is expence for room's costs, copy costs and so on.

5.Next events
Regular Meeting on Sun 25th May. Start start 6:00pm
A delightful event at Komaba Ryugakusei Kaikan on Sun 1st June. Start at 3:00pm
Regular Meeting on Sun 22th June. Start at 6:00pm

CJSCコミュメンバーの皆様

代表の中畠です。先ほどMLに流した議事録（To Japanese）に書き忘れていたのですが次回のMTは、
5月25日、6月22日　いずれも18時からオリンピックセンターであります！

次回のイベントは、
6月1日　15時から駒場留学生会館でバドミントン大会です！
