Hokuso is made in Murakami City, which is located at Niigata prefecutre, northern parts of it closed to Yamagata.
This sake is, as it is, dried and sharpened taste, and it is, honestly speaking, just tasted reguraly. So it is not that bad, but it is just easily drinkable. Anyway, I really like it.
Sake ... Japanese representable alcholol, should be prouded in my mind as usual.
