I sometimes drink sake and then, write my opinion about them... but so far, this community is not so prevailed so far...
yeah, I understand.. because, i guess not writing interesting information in here..
what should i do.. dig it deeply... no...it would be so difficult to explain about how to make sake in English , i mean, can`t write it in a kick-back way, have to be very stud guy, you know, what I mean..
i just want to share the info about sake in casual way as same as Soba..
